MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Members are required to inform Joni's Beauty Bar if there is any change in their credit card or bank info prior to their next payment.

All membership agreements are auto-renewable - your payments will automatically renew on a month to month basis until the date of expiration. Joni's Beauty Bar is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during your visit.Joni's Beauty Bar reserves the right to change rules, regulations, and pricing at any time. Gratuity is not included in the monthly membership fee. Gratuity must be separate cash. All policies pertaining to our services pertain to our membership services as well.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment time will be reduced, as technicians may have other clients waiting.

By having a membership with Joni's Beauty Bar, you agree to follow all of our rules and regulations, as well as the rules listed in the membership agreement. If multiple services or multiple products are purchased, the item with the highest price will receive the discount. However, this membership benefit cannot be used to purchase gift certificates and cannot be used in combination with any other discounts, coupons, or gift certificates. Being as the membership offers services at a greatly discounted price, when the services are redeemed, no other discounts or offers can be used. Also, we will not accept any other discounts, coupons, or gift certificates as payment form membership.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

When you decide to take advantage of your benefits provided by our membership, we recommend that you call us during normal business hours and schedule an appointment. By doing so, you will be able to choose your preferred time and stylist. However, walk-ins are welcome, although we are unable to guarantee that an appointment will be available. We do request that you arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment so that you will be able to fill out any forms we have for you, and also so that we can ensure you receive your full service.

 

You can cancel your appointment without any charge if you call within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you fail to show up for your appointment, and do not provide us with any kind of notification then you will be unable to redeem your membership service for that month. If you book another appointment, then you will have to pay for the full rate of that service.

Members will be required to show their ID. Membership benefits cannot be shared and membership services cannot be transferred to another person. Each membership service will roll over up to two months past the charge date.

After two months, any un-redeemed service will expire and will no longer be available for use.

CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If for any reason you would like to cancel your membership, you must provide us with written notice thirty days prior to your next payment. Once your membership is canceled, you will be unable to redeem any of your membership services, and you will not be able to use your membership benefits.
