Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client forms. All appointments have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding salon experience to our clients and the consideration for our stylist we have adopted the following policies:
YOU CAN CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS!!
Your appointments are very important to Joni's Beauty Bar, and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Although deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, if you cancel within 24 hours, you may reschedule without incurring any additional fees. Less than 5 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE. TIME IS MONEY The cancellation policy allows us time to inform standby guests of any availability, thus better serving everyone. Please book with confidence that we are here to service you.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened when possible in order to keep on schedule. The original service time may be charged at our discretion. In some instances the appointment may need to be rescheduled to a different day and time.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. It is important that our stylist and nail techs are compensated for reserved time slots.

Our prices do not reflect gratuities. For those who wish to show appreciation, the industry averages are from 15%-20% of the service.
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return/exchange policy on unopened hair extensions and products. We are proud of the high quality hair products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions and products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Lost/stolen gift cards cannot be replaced by the salon and cards expire 1 year from purchase date.
